Dancing With The Stars season 32 is right around the corner, and it’s time to talk about the celebrities that should be cast in the upcoming installment. A brand-new group of famous people will soon be paired up with professional dancers, so they can strut their stuff in the ballroom. While cast members for the new season have yet to be confirmed, some notable luminaries would definitely add spice to the dancing competition this year.
The series is going to showcase a lot of changes this fall. Former pro dancer and judge Julianne Hough will be taking over Tyra Bank’s position, and she’ll be Alfonso Riberio’s co-host. After three seasons, Tyra decided to step away from the show, as she wants to focus on different aspects of her career. Additionally, after airing solely on the streaming network Disney+ for one season, Dancing With The Stars is returning to ABC. The 32nd installment will simultaneously stream on Disney+ as well.
10 Channing Tatum
Magic Mike himself, Channing Tatum, would likely quickly become a fan favorite should he appear on Dancing With The Stars. Channing had to learn how to dance for the Magic Mike movies, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that he’d be good at ballroom dancing. On the other hand, he knows what it’s like to be in dance rehearsals. Probably, he’d be a very good student. Channing would be a great competitor on the show, as well as a superb partner for any of the pro dancers.
9 Alix Earle
Alix Earle is currently one of the biggest TikTok stars on the social media platform. Because of her large following, she could potentially bring the show new viewers from younger demographics. Being a recent college grad, Alix would potentially be able to temporarily move to Los Angeles in order to be on the show. Last season, Tik Tok star Charli D’Amelio won the Mirror Ball Trophy, alongside her pro partner, Mark Ballas. Although Charli already had dance experience, Alix could potentially follow in her footsteps.
8 Matt Rife
Another popular TikToker that would make for a great Dancing With The Stars season 32 competitor is Matt Rife. Matt’s a stand-up comedian who recently became quite popular thanks to his TikTok videos. Similar to Alix, Matt would possibly bring many new viewers to the show. He would also be quite comical to watch, in the ballroom and during the rehearsal segments that are shown before his performances.
7 Katelyn Brown
Every season of Dancing With The Stars needs a singer, and Katelyn Brown could fill that spot during season 32. Although she doesn’t technically have a singing career of her own, Katelyn is married to country singer, Kane Brown. She recently rose to fame for her duet with Kane, “Thank God.” Katelyn has a large social media following as well. Should she compete on Dancing With The Stars, one of her dances could be to her and her husband’s song. This is a popular trend on the show. In fact, season 31’s Jessie James Decker and Jordan Sparks both performed dances to their own songs.
6 Steve Harvey
Another comedian that would bring fun and humor to the ballroom is Steve Harvey. Steve’s been a host on television for many years. His talk show was canceled in 2019; however, Steve has continued to host Family Feud. Although he would be considered one of the older competitors, Steve would put up a good fight in the ballroom. Even if he didn’t make it far in the competition, Steve would be fun to watch for however long his DWTS stint lasted.
5 Kate Chastain
Below Deck alum Kate Chastain recently competed on the new reality show The Traitors. During her lengthy time on the show, Kate proved that when she puts her mind to something, she can be quite competitive. However, when she doesn’t want to do something, Kate has no problem walking away. Therefore, it could potentially be “make or break” for her in the ballroom. For example, if the judges gave her a bad score. Kate might decide to skip rehearsals the following week. Either way, she’d be entertaining to watch.
4 Zach Shallcross
Almost every season of Dancing With The Stars has a Bachelor Nation contestant. In fact, many former bachelors and bachelorettes have won DWTS in the past. Therefore, it’s only right that the most recent Bachelor Zach Shallcross competes on the upcoming season of the dancing competition. As seen in the recent The Bachelor season, Zach has a very authentic personality. It wouldn’t be surprising if the pressures of the competition got to him, making for some emotional rehearsal segments. Zach’s fiancee Kaity Biggar would definitely be in the audience, cheering him on.
3 Angelina Pivarnick
The most dramatic Jersey Shore roommate, Angelina Pivarnick, is always up for a good competition, and she doesn’t shy away from publicity. Angelina loves being in the spotlight. For that reason, it’s more than likely that she’d accept an offer to compete on a Dancing With The Stars installment. Last season, Angelina’s co-star Vinny Guadagnino competed on the show. Vinny made it to seventh place during season 31 last fall. Knowing this, Angelina would be determined to go further in the competition than Vinny did.
2 Tom Brady
A new Dancing With The Stars cast wouldn’t be complete without at least one athlete in the ballroom. Athletes are either very successful in the dancing competition, or don’t do well at all. Tom Brady would make for a good competitor for the upcoming season of the dancing competition. Recently, Tom’s been going back and forth with regard to his decision to retire from football. If he does leave his NFL career behind, this would be the perfect time for him to compete on the show.
1 Ariana Madix
Last, but not least, Vanderpump Rules’ Ariana Madix would complete the ideal cast for season 32. She’s one of the very few stars that have already had talks with producers about appearing in upcoming season of the show. Ariana is newly single after her recent drama with her now ex-boyfriend, Tom Sandoval. Competing on the show could be a good way for her to heal from a very public split. The official Dancing With The Stars season 32 cast will most likely not be announced until late August or early September.
